如何安装本电脑水冷系统专用之水箱泵2合1

步骤 1

将 G 1/4'' 接头接在水箱的入水和出水口，确保防水胶圈已经压实，
图中所有的接头可以更换成任何 G 1/4 '' 接头

步骤 2

本水箱泵可以联系电脑水冷头，或者散热排，

步骤 3

检查各个部件，是否已经紧密连接，打开顶上的盖子，

用钢镚，反时针方向轻轻旋开。

步骤 4

开始灌水吧，最好用根管子或漏斗，防止水溅出来。

步骤 5

打开泵，泵开始工作，让泵运行一段时间，这样可以清除水中的气泡，当水中的气泡被完全消除后，盖上盖子。

步骤 6

安装在电脑机箱上。小心安装，不要用力过猛

将原来的泵盖打开，请小心拧下面的螺钉，别碰坏防水橡胶圈，别忘记把防水橡胶圈放回泵里面去。

步骤 2

将亚克力泵盖放到泵上，确保泵盖对准水箱的中心线，

Remove the original top from the DDC pump BY UNSCREWING THE 4 SCREWS ON THE BASE OF THE PUMP, plase the o-ring back onto the pump.

Place the acrlic pump top on top of the ddc pump making sure the center of the pump lines up with the center of the resvoir

use the 4 supplied screws to attac the reservoir to the pump, tighten the screws until the pumps o-ring is compressed

• Installed on my ATI 4870 yesterday. Idles at 30-32*C, load at 39-40*C. This is in summer heat w/ my house at 75+*F. Should be interesting to see the temps in the winter when my house is ~64-65*F. Currently clocked my card to 850MHz core/4300MHz mem. Highly recommended, it''s cheaper than the other full coverage blocks and does a darn good job. I would like to see a full coverage block option for ~$75 as I really don''t like dropping $100 just to keep the card healthy & quiet. So come on guys, find a way to drop costs. :) The card looks pretty cool w/ the block installed also. :)

• card ran @ 74 C on air with the stock cooler (gtx 280) and now under load its never passed 51 C and im only using a swiftech apogee drive series pump/block with a 2x120mm rad.
• Got one with my BFG h2OC keeps it cool.
• I tested my 280 before WC and was getting 50-58C idle with the fan at 100%. After installing this! the idle temp is 34-36! Nice job!
  
• Great waterblock. Dropped my temps down to 31C idle whiel OC'd fairly well. Never breaks 50C, even under full load. I cannot recommend this block enough.

How to install this pump with reservoir in your PC for you PC water Cooling System.

read the following steps. or click here to download

Step 1

Screw the G 1/4'' Fittings to the inlet and out let making sure the o-rings are compressed, 10/8 mm fittings are used in the photo but you can use any type of G 1/4 '' fittings.

Step 2

The reservoir/pump combo should be connected to the pump, water-blocks and radiators in a loop, when u connect the tubing it is important that the reservoir outlet is connected to the pumps inlet.

Step 3

When you are happy that all the components in the loop are securely connected, remove the filler cap by using a small coin and turning anti-clockwise.

Step 4

Start to fill the reservoir, it may help to use a funnel to avoid spillage, keep filling the reservoir until the liquid stops draining tin the tubing.

Step 5

Turn on the pump and as the reservoir drains top up the water leverl leave the pump running to remove all the air from the system. when all the air kas been removed replace the filler cap and turn it clock wise to seal the rerservor.

Step 6

Push in the reservoir fulsh with the front of the pc case and use the 4 provided screws to fix it securely in place
